ONLINE ORDERS

All our sizes are based off standard Australian measurements. However, if you're unsure which size to order our friendly team would love to help you. Please email us at hello@victoria-bliss.com

All Victoria Bliss pieces are designed to be layered and worn together to create multiple looks. If you have an event coming up, or need help with styling a piece please reach out to our friendly team at hello@victoria-bliss.com for help

Shipping

We offer free express shipping on all orders over $300, excluding during promotional periods.

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. If you order before 3pm, your order will be dispatched that same day.

Orders are sent via express will arrive in 1-4 business days from dispatch. Orders sent via regular post will arrive in 3-7 business days from dispatch. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days to areas outside the metropolitan zones.

We ship worldwide. If you are outside Australia shipping times may be longer than usual and you may incur duty charges depending on your local regulations.

Returns and exchanges

At Victoria Bliss, we encourage conscious consumerism, however we understand sometimes pieces might not suit. We provide full refunds within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unworn and in original condition (including tags and packaging). Items must not be washed or altered.

Please note: we do not refund initial shipping costs for items returned unless deemed faulty.

It is the responsibility and cost of the consumer to return the item to our head office. If you would like to arrange a return, please email hello@victoria-bliss.com

Yes, if you would like to return the item or exchange for another item, please email hello@victoria-bliss.com

We understand that on some occasions a garment may not suit, in which case Victoria Bliss will provide a credit note valid for 3 years upon return. Please note the item(s) must be returned in their original condition with original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. 

Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup marks, stains or smell of perfume out of consideration for our other customers. 

Return/exchanges must be requested by emailing hello@victoria-bliss.com within 48 hours of receiving your item and returned to us within 7 days. Please note, as a small brand we are unable to cover the cost of returns and it is up to the customer to cover the cost and liability of returning their garments safely to us. We will however cover the cost of return if the item is deemed faulty.
